Old Street Hotel should be in Lonelyplanet! And Hanoi should be given greater praise, more “ Vietnam” than Saigon( Ho Chi Minh ). Arrived unprepared and took a taxi to Stars Guesthouse, who kindly and thankfully welcomed me and put me in a taxi headed for Old Street ( They were full).
Warmest welcome, friendly staff.
Take care of everything  ( maps, food, tours, directions)
Rooms clean and nicely decorated in Vietnamese style so I feel at home ( want to stay in the room!!!)
Good coffe and rolls, etc..
Highly recommend to all travelers who want an attentive experience in Vietnam, and meanwhile to feel safe, comfortable and secure.

From the minute we stepped into the hotel, the staff had been very hospitable and friendly.
The staff were accommodating and helpful every time.
We had a wonderful time in Hanoi!
One trip to Ha Long bay was a fantastic experience. The boat, the stay, the trip and most of all the kayaking had been memorable. Especially the kayaking it was breath- taking.
Hanoi is really busy but magical.
Hanoi is MAGICAL !!!

You have a very nice hotel and the service is in top. Always helpful and no worries. We really enjoyed our stay and your happy mind. The trip for Halong Bay was absolutely lovely and a really romantic trip.
Very nice people and very nice food.
The trip for Ninh Binh was also very nice and good arranged. You are such kindly and friendly and we enjoyed the stories from the guide Linh.
Now we look forward continuing our trip to Hue!

The tour was VERY organized . Don’t worry if you don’t know what is going on – They DO! SAPA was most beautiful!!! A home stay at village is highly recommended & If possible go to the “ BAC HA” market, the FLOWER H’Mong women are so beautiful…. THEY END Mary & Bec from “Miami” & “natural Bridge”

Our trip to halong bay was wonderful. Scenery was amazing. Everything Mrs Ngas organized for us was excellent.
We loved our Sapa trip – the most beautiful place and lovely people in the world. We would love to come back to Hanoi again and we would only use Mrs Nga for our trips.Thank you very much and wishing you good luck and good health and happiness.
